At LORENAHAIR, we take great care in providing high-quality hair products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any hair products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Refundable Products
All hair products, including but not limited to wigs, hair extensions, bundles, and accessories, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures the hygiene and safety of our customers.
Exceptions:
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Order Cancellations
We strive to process and ship orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@lorenahair.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
LORENAHAIR is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. However, if your package does not arrive or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking down the package or filing a claim with the shipping provider.
